Ryan Lazaro is the Stockton assistant manager and Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer. He has trained and coached hundreds of clients helping them break there plateaus and achieve their health and fitness goals. He specializes in Bodybuilding, weight-loss and sports specific nutrition and performance training. He has always had an active lifestyle, for many years he competed in Karate in Kata and kumite. Also he competed in his first bodybuilding competition, The Max Muscle Naturals in 2005 and placed 2nd in his division. Currently he enjoys the competiveness and intensity of Muay Thai which compliments his fitness performance, coordination, endurance and flexibility. On his down time he enjoys fishing, hiking and coming up with new creative health conscious meals. Ryan says, living a healthy lifestyle and achieving your fitness goals is choice of lifestyle, anyone can train hard, but you need to know the proper technique, exercises and intensity to maximize the benefit. Everyone can eat and say there on a meal plan but many make the wrong choices, or eat too much or too little of the foods we think are healthy but are not due to the confusing labels. Everyone talks about how much sleep they lack, in many cases there are legit reason, kids, work etc. And many cases lack of sleep is by choice, sleep is essential for our recovery, metabolism and mood just to name a few of many.
