I started my journey weighing in at a whopping 270 lbs. Nearing my
40's I decided it was time to get my life in order. Through hard work and a lot
of cardio, the weight started to come off. When I started weight training, I
met Matt Lazaro and he put me on a Nutrition Program and a regiment of
supplements. Now I am down to 200 lbs at 7% body fat! My lifestyle has
been officially changed.
