My name is Alonzo Easter I am 15 years old and I attend Lincoln High in Stockton CA.  This is my second year running the 100 hurdles.  I ran varsity as a sophomore this year and recorded my best time at 15.9.  For the first time this year I also ran the 300 hurdles with a personal best time of 42.8. 

I made it to the master trials this year and will continue to train hard to get better each year. I have never ran track before until last year and I look forward to the next two years.  I go to Max Muscle in Stockton and Matt Lazzaro gives me nutrition advice and advises me on which supplements to take such as Max ARM and Max Pro Natural.  I take the Gourmet Gainer during football season to try and pack on weight.
