I’m a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree. Following graduation, I worked for Hatfield Marine Science Center along the Oregon coast before I decided to return to school to receive a Masters of Science Degree in Science Education. After a brief career in education I was presented with an opportunity to open a Max Muscle store and jumped at it. I was privileged to open Max Muscle Fair Oaks, which has allowed me to meet good people and assist them in reaching their health and fitness goals. In many ways I am still in education, but instead of a room full of students, I am provided the opportunity of educating my customers on proper nutrition and supplementation needed to reach their goals.

I have had an interest in fitness from a very young age and enjoy exercising regularly. My first preference is gym training, but I enjoy mountain biking and other outdoor activities when time permits. I firmly believe that being healthy is a gift that should not be squandered. Supplements I use regularly include: Max Gourmet and Maxpro protein, Glutamine, EFA’s, Vitacell, FBX, and 2TX. My wife and I have been blessed with two amazing boys, ages 4 & 8, who enjoy helping out in the store from time to time.
